The 12th Junior Dublin Literary Awards for Thailand

Theme: A Journey



Terms and Conditions:

  • This contest is open to high school students in Thailand who hold Thai citizenship
  • All entries must be in English
  • Essays must be written by the student and not edited by others
  • The submission must be 800-1,200 words long
  • The submission will be accepted from December 15, 2016 to January 31, 2017




  1. The winning author from each region will win a cash prize of Bt10,000, while the two merit award winners from each region will receive a cash prize of Bt5,000 each
  2. The national winner and one parent will win a trip to Dublin, where they will attend the International Dublin Literary Award Ceremony: the world's richest literary prize.
